1. Product properties: The chemical content is alkylaryl polyether The product has distinct low suds,excellent dispersing properties, especially suitable for preparation of emulsive paint glue and other water-based colored system. Compared with TRITON CF-10 produced by the USA Joint-Carbon Co., the low suds and moistening effect is generally the same. The only differece is that the JSCF-10 places more importance on the coordinating properties, so that the single product has multifuctions.

4. The properties of foam: The foam properties of JSCF-10 is close relateed to the temperature, the higher the temperature, the less the foam as compared with other moistener. And when the temperature is above 37.8°C, the foam is extremely low even stired violently.

5. Application: to produce emulsive paint JSCF-10 is a kind of common low suds moistening and dispersing aids for emulsive paint( please refer to graph 2), and may acquire the maximum benefit from low suds properties at 37.8°C or higher temperature, which generally can be reached at high-speed color dispersing.
In most paints formula, when the JSCF-10 is used separately, the consumption is 0.5-3.0%, JSCF-10 is generally used as the dispersing agents for the identical colored materials, such as Tamol731,Tamol850,Tamol960, the mixture present the maximum efficiency under the lowest consumptions of 0.1-0.5%. |
