SG-6 Softener
Composition: polymer of octadecanoic acid and
epoxyethane
Structural formula: RCOO(CH2CH2O)nH
Properties: It presents as dispersing state in water, with
nice softening and lubricity. It can be used in company with various
surfacant, and falls into category of non-ion surfacant.

Application:
As the component of bicomponent fibre, it is used as the softening
agent in fibre processing with excellent antistatic and lubricating
properties; When used as the softening agent in the fibre manufacturing
process, it can reduce the broken end, and improve the feel of the
textile. In addition, it can also be used as the emulsifier for
the cosmetics. The general consumption is: 1-3%
Packing and storage: 200kg iron plastic barrel. It belongs
to non-harzardous articles, and can be stored at cool and dry place
for a maximum of one years.

Application:
The product has excellent emulsifing and density-enhancing properties,
and therefore is designed to be used as the emulsifier for cosmetics
or other ointment-shape product. The softening and antistatic properties
of the product also make it designable as the emulsifier and oil
agent for synthetic fibre finish.
