Uses:

It is mainly used as penetrant in textile industry in sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonization and chlorization process; also used as penetration auxiliary in dyeing bath and finishing bath; as penetrant in pesticides and leather coatings, etc.

Use Method:
1. penetration: used in any weaving, printing and dyeing, finishing process where anionic penetrant can't be used, the usual use level is 1~5g/L.
2. desizing: when using biologic enzyme to desize(starch slurry), adding penetrant JFC can accelerate the desizing process, the usual use level is about 0.1 of the weight of solution.
3. scouring of chemical fibres: during the scouring of acetate fibre or other synthetic fibers, adding 2~5g/L penetrant JFC, 5g/L sodium chloride into the scouring solution can improve the scouring effect.
4. scouring wool: penetrant JFC has wool scouring function, can be used in neutral, alkali and acidic condition, the best temperature is 40~50°C.
5. carbonization of wool: adding penetrant JFC with the use level of 0.5~1g/L can shorten the carbonization time, reduce the use level of acid and improve carbonization effect. 1
