Uses:

Cotton, hemp, viscose and blended fabrics treated by penetrant T can be directly bleached and dyed without scouring process, to simplify process, improve dyeing quality and make treated fabrics softer and more plumpy.

Use Method:
1. dyeing of crude cotton;
2. scouring of crude cotton.

Note:
1. penetrant T has better performances when the temperature is lower than 40¡æ, easy to hydrolyze on meeting alkali at high temperature. Therefore, firstly use penetrant T to treat the fabrics at the temperature lower than 40¡æ, then rise the temperature.
2. penetrant T is nonresistant to strong alkali, can't be directly added into concentrated alkali solution. Therefore, firstly dilute the alkali solution, then add penetrant T into it.
3. when scouring and bleaching gray fabric, it is better if desize up the sizing firstly, to guarantee the effect of penetrant.
4. if too much foams when using penetrant T, a small quantity of defoaming GP or octanol, tributyl phosphate can be added into it to defoam.

Package, Storage and Transportation :
50kg/plastic barrel or 200kg/iron barrel coated plastic; handle with care during loading, unloading and transportation; stored in dry, ventilated, shady and cool place; sealed; the storage period is six months.
